Spring Forward with Tecnau 2022 ends – customer testimonials followed by a large audience

The virtual event webinars featured eight customers with Tecnau finishing machines and presses from four different print vendors.

Tecnau announces the conclusion of its Spring Forward with Tecnau 2022 virtual event series, taking place weekly from opening sessions on June 1 through closing sessions on June 22. The event was organized in cooperation with four major printer suppliers Canon, HP, Ricoh and SCREEN, each co-hosting a webinar in the EMEA region and one in the United States.

Building on the success of the 2021 edition, with live and pre-recorded sessions from the Tecnau Experience Center, this year Spring Forward included customer testimonials in the webinars to bring the large audience present directly to the production set. of some digital printing companies.

Each 60-minute webinar provided a company overview, a discussion with a specific print partner, two customer videos and a Q&A session. “Your brand is what others say about you and is directly related to the level of satisfaction customers get from your products,” said Stefano De Marco, Tecnau’s general manager, before the start of the event. “At Spring Forward 2022, we walked into the production floor of selected customers and discovered how end-to-end solutions improve business and turn white paper into beautiful, colorful print applications such as books, catalogs , direct mail, photos, flyers and more”.

Four customer stories were recorded in Europe with the help of Inkish and four additional customer videos were filmed in the US with WhatTheyThink. All of the stories show how customers in different segments of the digital printing market approach their business with very different finishing configurations.
